		<description>I&#039;m all for healthy eating and intelligent exercising.  I also am for having Treatapalooza Days, too.  But mainly I am for having good genetics so we can ward off all the unhealthy crap we breathe, eat, drink, and absorb.  If we don&#039;t have good genetics, then we had better eat healthy and live smart!  By the way, this is an excellent blog.  Love the title.</description>

It is easy to get all confused with studies etc, when that doesn&#039;t really affect the answer: eat lots of veggies, fruits, good fats, meat, fish, etc.  Basically all the stuff that people have been eating since forever.  You don&#039;t need to know the science to make stuff work.
